Best Brownie Recipe EverThese are Amazing Brownies!I have come to the realization that this is THE Best Brownie Recipe ever! Made from "scratch"! My daughter served these when we visited her and her husband last weekend...the recipe is originally from her mother-in-law.These brownies are more chewy, less cakey that some other brownies. You can use this recipe for Valentine's Day Brownies, and make heart shaped brownies as done here. 
Ingredients All in one bowl:) 1 cup butter, melted Directions In a bowl add the melted butter and the brown sugar and beat together. Add the cocoa, flour and the eggs and continue to beat on medium high, until mixture becomes "lighter" in colour (about 2 minutes). Add the chocolate chips, and gently stir in the fresh raspberries. Line a 9" x 13" metal baking pan with parchment paper (no mess, easy clean up!), and pour batter into pan. Bake at 325° F for about 35 - 40 minutes, start looking at 30 minutes to ensure brownies do not over bake. Yield: Not Enough:)
