Champagne Punch
An Alcoholic Raspberry Punch Recipe

This Raspberry Punch Recipe is a great Punch Recipe for Weddings or Other Special Occasions

This alcoholic, Raspberry Champagne Punch includes red raspberries. "Framboise" is listed in the ingredients. Framboise is a brandy distilled from raspberries. Its intense flavour makes a pleasant base for this amazing punch. This punch is ideal for Weddings, Graduations, and other Special Celebrations...just double or triple the ingredients as needed!

Ingredients

1/2 cup Framboise de Bourgogne
1/2 cup brandy
1/2 cup orange liqueur
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3 lemons, unpeeled
5 oranges, unpeeled
2 cups raspberries (fresh or frozen)
6 bottles (750 ml each bottle) champagne, chilled
block of ice

Directions

Combine Framboise, brandy, orange liqueur and the sugar in a large container and shake to dissolve the sugar.

Slice the lemons and the oranges and add them to the container.

Cover and refrigerate until thoroughly chilled, about 2 to 3 hours.

Chill the punch bowl.

To serve, add the block of ice to the punch bowl, and pour in the chilled mixture of liqueurs.

Add the raspberries to the bowl.

Pour in the champagne.

Serve immediately.

Serves 20.
