You can also substitute sour cream for the yogurt. This dip is so easy to make, you can let your kids make their own dip for a fresh fruit snack! Including dip makes eating fruit just that much more appealing!

Fresh Fruit Dip Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups plain yogurt
1/4 cup cocoa powder
2 - 3 tbsps. liquid honey (or to taste)

Directions

Using a whisk mix all the above ingredients together, making sure the cocoa is dissolved into the yogurt and honey.

Keep the dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve, and keep any leftover dip in the refrigerator for a few days.

Prepare an assortment of fresh fruit such as: strawberries, raspberries, pineapple, bananas, grapes, apples, kiwi, and more!

Dip...and ENJOY!

Did You Know?

Raspberries don't only taste delicious, but they are very nutritious too!

Raspberries are a good choice to include in your diet. These fruits are very rich in Vitamin C, a good source of Vitamin B12, Vitamin B3, folate, magnesium, and a good source of dietary fibre.

GO to Raspberry Nutritional Information

Raspberries are also high in antioxidant activity. This is true for other berries too, for example, strawberries and blueberries.

Antioxidants are believed to help prevent and repair oxidative stress, a process that damages body cells and has been linked to the development of diseases such as cancer, heart disease and Alzheimer's disease.
