Recipe #1 - Raspberry Smoothie with YOGURT
The tartness of plain yogurt brings out the flavour of ripe raspberries, and together they make a refreshing, and a nutritious raspberry smoothie to make at home!Ingredients 1 1/2 cup plain yogurt 3/4 cup milk 1 cup ripe raspberries 6 ice cubes 3 tbsps. sugar, or to taste Directions In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Serves 2.

Ingredients2 scoops raspberry sherbet 1 cup milk 4 ice cubes Directions Combine all ingredients in a blender or a food processor, and process until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve. Serves 2.
