Macaroon Fruit Dip Recipe

Dip with Sour Cream for Fresh Fruit

This quick and easy Fruit Dip recipe can easily be adapted for larger groups of people, as needed. If you are making your own fruit platter or fruit tray for a large group of people, scroll down for links for easy instructions for how to make a fruit tray. Making your own fruit tray is not only more cost effective, but you can control the variety of fruit and ensure that the quality of the fruit is optimum. And, making your own fruit platter is...so easy and so fun to do!

You can substitute yogrut instead of the sour cream. This Recipe can be used for a large assortment of fresh fruit.


Fresh Fruit Platter and Homemade Fruit Dip

Fruit Dip and Platter Photo

Ingredients

18 macaroons
2 cups sour cream (or plain yogurt)
1/4 cup brown sugar

Directions

Chop the macaroons in a blender.

Mix, by hand, all of the above ingredients together.

Do not use the blender to mix all together.

Prepare an assortment of fresh fruit such as:

strawberries
raspberries
bananas
blueberries
kiwi
grapes
apples

...and more...dip...and enjoy!

Store Macaroon Dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve, and store any unused dip in the refrigerator.
