This quick and easy Fruit Dip recipe can easily be adapted for larger groups of people, as needed. You can substitute yogrut instead of the sour cream. This Recipe can be used for a large assortment of fresh fruit.
Ingredients18 macaroons 2 cups sour cream (or plain yogurt) 1/4 cup brown sugar Directions Chop the macaroons in a blender. Mix, by hand, all of the above ingredients together. Do not use the blender to mix all together. Prepare an assortment of fresh fruit such as: strawberries raspberries bananas blueberries kiwi grapes apples ...and more...dip...and enjoy! Store Macaroon Dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve, and store any unused dip in the refrigerator.
