This quick and easy fruit dip recipe can easily be adapted for larger groups of people, as needed.


Fruit Dip Recipe made with Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt and MacaroonsFruit Dip Made with Sour Cream OR Greek Yogurt = Yummy!

Ingredients

18 macaroons

2 cups sour cream (or Greek Yogurt)

1/4 cup brown sugar







Directions

Chop the macaroons in a blender.

Mix, by hand, all of the above ingredients together.

Do not use the blender to mix all together.

Prepare an assortment of fresh fruit such as:

strawberries
raspberries
bananas
blueberries
kiwi
grapes
apples

... and more ... dip ... and enjoy!

Store the Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve, and store any unused dip in the refrigerator.
