Gluten Free Fruit Dip Recipe Cream Cheese Fruit Dip
This delicious Gluten Free Fruit Dip Recipe is easy to make, and suitable for those who do, and those who do not, require a gluten free diet! The pineapple and coconut combine to make an amazing flavourful fresh fruit dip.
Ingredients*to toast coconut, place coconut in a small skillet on medium heat, stirring constantly (to avoid burning), for a few minutes, or until toasted. 1 cup cream cheese (can use less fat cream cheese) 1/4 cup icing (confectioner's) sugar 1/4 cup milk 1/2 marshmallow cream 1 cup crushed pineapple, well drained 1/2 cup *toasted coconut 1/8 cup fresh raspberries 1/4 cup pecan pieces Directions In a bowl, combine the cream cheese and powdered sugar and mix with a fork until well combined. Gradually add the milk, a little at a time, continuing to stir until smooth. Stir in the marshmallow cream, pineapple, toasted coconut, raspberries and pecans. Chill for a few hours before serving. Serve with prepared fruit of your choice. Dip your fruit...and enjoy! Store any unused fruit dip in the fridge.
