Did you Know?

Not only do raspberries taste good, but they are very nutritious too!

Raspberries contain many important nutrients and vitamins, for example, Vitamin C, Vitamin B-12, Vitamin B3, folate, and magnesium.

Raspberries are also a good source of dietary fiber, and they are high in antioxidant activity. Antioxidants are believed to help prevent and repair oxidative stress, a process that damages body cells and has been linked to the development of diseases such as cancer, heart disease and Alzheimer's disease.

Including raspberries in snack food is a berry good idea!
