Easy Low Fat Fruit Dip Recipe



This flavourful, easy to make, Low Fat Fruit Dip recipe is a treat to the taste buds with its burst of orange juice (or liqueur). Here is a great choice of dip to accompany a fruit platter for that special occasion, or for your personal snack!

Best Fruit Platter for dip

Ingredients

2 cups non fat lemon yogurt (or plain yogurt with 1 tsp. lemon flavouring)
1/4 blanched almonds, chopped (toasted, optional)
1 tsp. grated orange rind
2 tbsps. orange juice or orange liqueur

Directions

In a small bowl combine all of the dip ingredients and mix well, with a spoon, until all ingredients are well combined.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to blend the flavours.

Prepare an assortment of fresh fruits such as:

raspberries
strawberries
bananas
grapes
peaches
blueberries
pineapple
kiwi
melon

and more!!

Dip...and ENJOY a very refreshing snack!

Makes about 2 cups.

Serves 8 (1/4 cup servings, each)
