Pineapple Raspberry Smoothie Recipe

Two Great Recipes!



When it comes to fruit combinations, a Pineapple Raspberry Smoothie Recipe is a sure winner! Since it is very important for your health to have fruit every day, including a smoothie in your diet is a good way to get those extra nutrients! The ice makes these Smoothies frosty cold and the yogurt adds flavour and gives them a creamy texture. Make a Smoothie for Breakfast!

Recipe #1

Ingredients

2 apples
6 large strawberries (or equivalent)
1 cup of raspberries
1 cup chopped/cubed pineapple
1 cup of ice (cubed or crushed)
1 cup of orange juice
1 cup of vanilla natural yogurt

Directions

Put all the above ingredients into the blender and "blast" at high speed.

Pour into glasses and serve.

Serves 3 to 4.

Receipe #2

Pineapple and Raspberry Vanilla Smoothie

Ingredients

1/2 tsp. of vanilla extract
1 cup of pineapple juice
2 cups of unsweetened frozen cherries
2 cups of *frozen raspberries
2 cups of frozen vanilla yogurt
2 cups of ice (cubed or crushed)

Directions

Put all the above ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses.

Serves 2.

*if your fruit is not frozen you can wash it and then freeze it for about 1 hour (depending on the individual size of the fruit)in your freezer, or you can just use fresh, unfrozen fruit.
