Did You Know?

Most people know that raspberries taste amazing, and that they are very nutritious, containing many important nutrients and vitamins.

However, did you know that they are very high in antioxidant activity too?

Antioxidants are very important to prevent and repair oxidative stress. Although our bodies naturally produce antioxidants, this process is not 100% effective, and its effectiveness declines with age.

Berries are ranked at the top of foods which contain high levels of antioxidant activity. Including berries such as raspberries, blueberries, cranberries, blackberries, and strawberries in your diet on a very regular basis is a healthy habit!.
