Easy Raspberry Chocolate Fudge Recipe
Homemade Fudge with Berries

This Raspberry Chocolate Fudge Recipe makes making homemade fudge with berries simple! My sweet niece, Alana, made this delectable fudge for our family Christmas Party this past year.

If you know Alana, she is always "baking up a storm", and this Christmas was no exception! Thanks for passing on this recipe, Alana!

Ingredients

3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
pinch of salt
1/4 cup heavy cream
2 cups white chocolate chips
1/4 cup (thick) raspberry jam

Raspberry Chocolate Fudge Recipe

Directions

Line a 9' x 9" baking pan with parchment paper, or spray the pan with non-stick cooking spray, and line with waxed paper.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the semi-sweet chocolate chips with the condensed milk.

Microwave the chocolate and the milk at medium-low until melted and well combined.

Stir in the salt and the vanilla extract.

Spread mixture into the prepared baking pan, and allow to cool to room temperature.

In another microwave-safe bowl, combine the heavy cream, the white chocolate chips and the raspberry jam.

Microwave on medium-low until melted and well combined.

Spread white chocolate mixture over bars in the baking pan.

Cool and cut into squares.

*Note - If desired, this raspberry chocolate fudge can be made using the stove-top instead of the microwave.
