Raspberry Coconut Smoothie Recipe

This easy -o-make at home Raspberry Coconut Smoothie is a cocktail style drink that is quick to whip up and full of flavour!

1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup ice cubes
2 ounces (60 ml) coconut cream
1 1/2 cups pineapple juice
2 wedges of pineapple and fresh raspberries, for garnish
Press the raspberries through a small opening sieve, cheesecloth, or jelly bag, using the back of a spoon to press them through.
Reserve the purée and discard the pulp.
Transfer the purée to a blender or food processor.
Add the ice cubes, the coconut cream and the pineapple to the mixture above.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh raspberries. Transfer the puree into cooled glasses and serve immediately.
