Did You Know?

You probably already know that raspberries are nutritious, but did you know that tea, made from the leaves of the red raspberry plant has been used for centuries to improve women's reproductive health?

Taking red raspberry leaf during pregnancy is believed to tone and strengthen the uterine wall and pelvic muscles, and relax smooth muscle. Drinking tea made from the leaves of the red raspberry plant, is said to help during childbirth by making the delivery easier and quicker by assisting the uterus to contract more efficiently, with less muscular spasms.
