Homemade Raspberry Dressing Recipe
With Honey and Mustard

In this Raspberry Dressing Recipe the addition of mustard and honey to the raspberry vinegar gives it a nice thicker consistency than original raspberry vinegar.

This recipe includes ingredients which you most likely already have on hand.

It's easy to make your own homemade dressing for salads at special occasion dinners, or at any time of the year!

Ingredients

1/4 cup of raspberry vinegar
1/8 cup of dijon mustard
1/2 cup of oil (I used olive oil)
1/8 cup of honey
salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Whisk the vinegar, honey, mustard and seasonings in a large bowl.

Gradually add the oil in a slow steady stream to form a thick dressing.

Makes enought for 4 to 6 servings of salad.
