2 pkges. raspberry gelatin (85 grams each)

Directions

In a large pan, combine the tomatoes, the sugar and the lemon juice.

Cook and stir over high heat until the mixture comes to a boil.

Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered for about 25 minutes.

Remove from the heat.

Stir in the gelatin until completely dissolved.

Pour into jars or containers.

Did You Know?

Most people know that both raspberries and tomatoes are nutritious foods which contain many important nutrients and vitamins.

But, did you know that both tomatoes and raspberries are also high in antioxidant activity?

Tomatoes are loaded with antioxidants like lycopene. But pair that tomato with raspberries, and you have a real antioxidant power blast!

Oxidation reactions can produce free radicals, which start chain reactions that damage cells. Antioxidants help to stop these chain reactions by removing free radical intermediates, and inhibit other oxidation reactions by being oxidized themselves.
