Raspberry Lemonade Recipe

Here is an easy to make Raspberry Lemonade Recipe to serve as a sparkling, non alcoholic drink! "Wow" your guests with this appealing beverage! Be sure to have your recipe on hand, because no doubt your guests will want a copy for themselves.



Ingredients

2 lemons
1 cup icing sugar (confectioner's sugar)
4 ounces (1/4 pound) fresh raspberries
few drops of vanilla extract
2 - 3 cups crushed ice
ice cubes
iced sparkling water
sprigs of lemon balm, for garnish

Directions

Cut the ends off of the lemons and scoop out the pulp and chop the pulp.

Place the lemon pulp in a blender with the sugar, raspberries, vanilla extract and the crushed ice.

Blend for 3 minutes.

Strain into a pitcher through cheesecloth or a sieve with very small openings, or a jelly bag.

Pour into chilled glasses, top with ice cubes and water, and garnish with sprigs of lemon balm.

Serve immediately.

Serves 4.
