Raspberry Lime Drink Recipe

This easy to make Raspberry Lime Drink has amazing flavour and texture and tastes like "more". If you have a lot of red raspberries on hand, then this is a great choice for a very pleasing raspberry drink! Remember, raspberries don't just taste scrumptious, but raspberries are healthy too!



Ingredients

2 cups ripe red raspberries
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup lime juice
lemon-lime carbonated soda or other of your choice
watermelon sherbet
thin slice of lime

Directions

Place the red raspberries in a blender, and sprinkle with the sugar.

Allow the above mixture to stand for 1 hour, and then blend thoroughly.

Add the lime juice, and chill mixture for at least 2 hours.

Strain the mixture.

Pour 1/4 cup of the raspberry syrup into each glass, add 1/2 cup of lemon-lime carbonated soda and stir.

Top each glass with a small scoop of Watermelon Sherbet.

Garnish each glass with a thin slice of lime.
