Most of us who LOVE Raspberries, and who love to bake using raspberry recipes, also LOVE eating sweet things ... well, at least I do!
The problem I have is that eating sweet foods goes hand in hand with guilt feelings that I should not be eating these sweets, and instead I should be consuming a healthier diet!
