Low Fat Raspberry Smoothie With Peaches, Oats and Yogurt
This protein packed Peach Low Fat Raspberry Smoothie is full of healthy ingredients, including raspberries, (red or black raspberries), peaches, oats, skim milk and yogurt. My daughter made this today for her lunch.
She took half of it today, and froze the other half for a healthy snack for her lunch next week. Try one today! If you are using frozen peaches, you may need to adjust the amount of ice cubes you use.
Ingredients6 ice cubes 1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened raspberries 1/3 cup oats 3/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt 1/2 cup skim milk 2 peaches, peeled and sliced Directions First blend the ice, milk, and the yogurt together in a blender. Next, add the oats and the peaches, and blend again. Then add the raspberries and pulse several times to make sure they are mixed in. Pour into glasses. Makes approx. 3 1/2 cups.
