Raspberry Smoothie For Weight Loss
Low Fat Raspberry Smoothie

This Recipe for a Raspberry Smoothie for Weight Loss includes strawberries and cranberry juice to give it an amazing thick texture.



This is a great drink if you are trying to lose weight. Cranberry juice is believed to be one of the best "fat burners". So enjoy, and this is definitely a low fat treat! Who said that calorie-reduced food had to taste boring? Low Fat recipes and good taste CAN be synonymous!


Raspberry Smoothie for Weight Loss

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups cranberry juice
20 - 25 strawberries
20 - 25 raspberries
2 tsps. honey
8 ice cubes

Directions

Pour the cranberry juice into a blender.

Clean (stem) the strawberries, and cut them in half.

Add the strawberries, the raspberries, and the honey to the cranberry juice, in the blender.

Blend to a foamy consistency.

Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Serves 2 - 3.

(Makes about 4 1/2 cups)
