I know that I am putting an Ice Cream Maker on my "wish list" this year:). Thankfully however, it is possible to make ice cream without the use of an Ice Cream Make Machine! You can use black or red fresh raspberries for this recipe. The lemon juice should be fresh, but it is not necessary to use the lemon juice from a freshly squeezed lemon. Bottled lemon juice is fine to use.*Note - If you do not wish to use 1 pound of raspberries for this recipe, you can easily try it first using half of all the ingredients. Ingredients 1 pound fresh red or black raspberries 3/4 cup granulated sugar 1 egg white, slightly beaten 3 tbsps. fresh lemon juice 1 small pinch salt Directions In a blender, or food processor, blend the raspberries until smooth. (If desired, strain to remove all or part of the seeds) Add the granulated sugar, the egg white, the lemon juice and the salt, and blend for a few moments until foamy.
