Healthy Raspberry Spinach Salad Recipe with Almonds

This is a recipe which serves about 12 people, but you can easily substitute half (or less) of all the ingredients to make less portions. Everyone will be asking for this recipe when they taste and see how amazing it is!!
IngredientsSALAD 1 tbsp. butter 1/2 cup sliced almonds 1 tbsp. sugar 10 ounces fresh baby spinach 3 cups fresh raspberries DRESSING 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup vegetable oil 1/4 cup cider vinegar 1/4 tsp. paprika 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce Directions In a small skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add the almonds; sprinkle with sugar. Cook and stir for 3 min. or until almonds are lightly brown. Spread on foil to cool; break apart. In a large salad bowl, combine the spinach and the raspberries. In a jar with a tight-fitting lid, combine the dressing ingredients. Shake the above mixture well. Drizzle over the salad. Sprinkle with sugared almonds. Toss to coat. Makes 12 servings. Did You Know? Raspberries are very high in antioxidant activity.
