Spinach Strawberry Salad Recipe
With Fresh Raspberries

This Spinach Strawberry Salad with Fresh Raspberries is quick, easy, and simply delicious! This Spinach Salad Recipe comes with a Salad Dressing Recipe, but if you prefer to use a store purchased Dressing, or another homemade salad dressing recipe, that would taste equally scrumptious!

Ingredients

FOR THE SPINACH SALAD

1 pkg. spinach salad leaves
1 pint fresh strawberries
1/2 pint fresh raspberries
2 tbsp. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. poppy seeds
1 1/2 tsp. diced green onion
1/4 cup toasted slivered, (or sliced) almonds

FOR THE SALAD DRESSING

1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup white vinegar

Directions

Place the Salad ingredients into a bowl, and toss together.

In a small bowl, mix the Salad Dressing ingredients together until well combined, and pour over the Salad.

It's that EASY!

Did You Know?

Raspberries do not only taste amazing, but they are very nutritious too!

Raspberries are very rich in Vitamin C, they are also a good source of Vitamin B12, Vitamin B3, folate, magnesium, and a good source of dietary fibre.

Raspberries are also high in antioxidant activity. Antioxidants are believed to help prevent and repair oxidative stress, a process that damages body cells and has been linked to the development of diseases such as cancer, heart disease and Alzheimer's disease.
