Ingredients2 (approx. 14 oz., each) bags of caramel candies 1 (approx. 5 oz.) can of evaporated milk 1 (approx. 10 oz.) bag of miniature marshmallows Directions In a double boiler pan, melt caramels, stirring very frequently to avoid sticking and burning. When caramels have melted, slowly stir in the evaporated milk and the marshmallows, until completely blended together. Transfer fruit dipping sauce to a fondue pot or bowl and serve with a variety of prepared fresh fruit and pound cake, angel cake, biscotti, macaroons, pretzels, etc. Tip - If using apple, pear, peach or banana slices, toss them, or sprinkle them with lemon juice to slow down the browning process of the fruit.
