Raspberry Fruit Fondue Recipe Best Easy Fresh Fruit Dipping Sauce
This quick and easy Fruit Fondue Recipe includes sherry, (or substitute with a fruit juice), to make a perfect party or dessert dipping sauce. Makes about 2 cups of fruit dipping sauce.
Ingredients2 tbsp. cornstarch 3 tbsp. granulated sugar pinch of salt 3/4 cup water 1/2 raspberry jam or jelly 3 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 cup orange juice 1/4 cup sherry Directions In a pan, combine the cornstarch, sugar, salt and the water. On medium heat, stirring constantly to avoid sticking and burning, cook until the mixture become clear. Add the jelly and stir until well combined. Add the lemon juice, orange juice, and the sherry, and continue to allow mixture to cook until thickened. Transfer sauce to a fondue pot or bowl. Makes about 2 cups.
