Best Ever Apple Dip Recipe 

Apple Dip Made With
Cream Cheese, Caramel and Skor Bar

This amazing Apple Dip Recipe is our family favourite for a fruit snack or party dish with apples.

This is my daughter-in-law's recipe. We ask her to bring this dip when we are having a special event...because it is sooo good:).

I am sure it will become your family favorite too!

Note - If possible, choose a variety of apple that does not discolour as quickly as other varieties of apple. Examples of the best choice for apples for dip are: "Granny Smith" and "Cortland".

Ingredients

 **The "Marzetti" Caramel Topping is also available in "Fat Free" and "Light".

1 (8 ounces) package of cream cheese, softened

2 tbsp. brown sugar

1 (approx. 12 ounces) container caramel topping (We use **"Marzetti" Old Fashioned Caramel Topping)

2 "Skor" Bars (buttery toffee crunch covered in milk chocolate)

5 green apples ("Granny Smith") or *apples of your choice

Directions

In a bowl, with an electric mixer, mix the cream cheese and the brown sugar until well blended.

Spread the cheese mixture into a round glass pie baking dish.

Chill for one hour.

Spread the caramel topping over the cream cheese mixture in the dish.

Chop the "Skor" chocolate bars into small pieces and sprinkle over the caramel topping.

Serve with peeled or unpeeled apple slices.

(Arranging the sliced apples over-lapping the edges of the entire pie dish  makes a nice presentation of the apples and dip together.)
