Anyone can prepare these treats!
A great idea for the kids to make their own fun snack-time treat with fruit!
These easy-to-make, scrumptious treats are a very easy way to decorate or garnish a fruit tray or platter! Check out the picture of the fruit tray that I made (below); you can see the chocolate raspberries.
Or, instead of including this food flair as part of the fruit tray itself, consider presenting them as a side dish of raspberry chocolates!
Ingredients
fresh raspberries (must be firm)
chocolate chips - dark, milk, or white (or a combination)
Directions
Gently rinse the raspberries and allow to dry on paper towel.
When the raspberries are dry, simply insert a dark, milk or a white chocolate chip inside the hollow part of the raspberry. Or, use an assortment of chocolate types!
That's it! You're done!
Present these cool berries on a plate or a mini cake platter, or include the chocolate raspberries as part of a fresh fruit platter decoration or garnish.
