Refrigerate until ready to use, and keep leftovers in the fridge for up to a few days.

Serve with assorted prepared fruit such as:

pineapples, apple, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, kiwi, melon, watermelon, and pound cake, or cookies!

Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups of dip.

Additionally, just like strawberries, blueberries, and many other berries, raspberries are very high in antioxidants!

Antioxidants are very important for our bodies.

Antioxidant activity is believed to help prevent and repair oxidative stress, a process that damages body cells and has been linked to the development of diseases such as cancer, heart disease and Alzheimer's disease.
