2/3 cup whipping cream, not whipped
1 1/2 cup corn syrup
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
In a small pan, over medium low heat, combine the butter, whipping cream, corn syrup and the brown sugar while stirring constantly to avoid sticking and burning.
When well combined, add the vanilla extract, remove the mixture from the heat and transfer to a fondue bowl or pot.
