Make this Sour Cream Fruit Dip Recipe with Macaroons (or use Greek Yogurt), for a scrumptious and easy-to-make dip for fresh fruit trays and platters.

Ingredients

18 macaroons

2 cups sour cream (or Greek Yogurt)

1/4 cup brown sugar







Directions

Chop the macaroons in a blender.

Mix, by hand, all of the above ingredients together.

Do not use the blender to mix all together.

Prepare an assortment of fresh fruit such as:

strawberries
raspberries
bananas
blueberries
kiwi
grapes
apples

... and more ... dip ... and enjoy!

Store the Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt Fruit Dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve, and store any unused dip in the refrigerator.
