Here is a great choice of dip to accompany a fruit platter for that special occasion, or for your personal snack!


Low Fat Fruit Dip Recipe for Fruit TraysEasy-to-Make Low Fat Fruit Dip Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups non fat lemon yogurt (or plain yogurt with 1 tsp. lemon flavouring)

1/4 blanched almonds, chopped (toasted, optional)

1 tsp. grated orange rind

2 tbsps. orange juice or orange liqueur







Directions

In a small bowl combine all of the dip ingredients and mix well, with a spoon, until all ingredients are well combined.

Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to blend the flavours.

Prepare an assortment of fresh fruits such as:

raspberries

strawberries

bananas

grapes

peaches

blueberries

pineapple

kiwi

melon

and more!


Dip...and ENJOY a very refreshing and healthy snack!

Makes about 2 cups.

Serves 8 (1/4 cup servings, each)
