Easy Low Fat Fruit Dip Recipe with Yogurt
This easy to make, Low Fat Fruit Dip Recipe is a treat to the taste buds with its burst of orange juice (or liqueur) and a yogurt base.

Easy-to-Make Low Fat Fruit Dip Recipe Ingredients
2 cups non fat lemon yogurt (or plain yogurt with 1 tsp. lemon flavouring)
1/4 blanched almonds, chopped (toasted, optional) 1 tsp. grated orange rind 2 tbsps. orange juice or orange liqueur
In a small bowl combine all of the dip ingredients and mix well, with a spoon, until all ingredients are well combined.
Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to blend the flavours.
Prepare an assortment of fresh fruits such as:
strawberries bananas grapes peaches blueberries pineapple kiwi melon
Dip...and ENJOY a very refreshing and healthy snack!
