This salad dressing recipe is sure to be a "people pleaser"!
Ingredients
1/2 cup whole raspberries, fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 of cup raspberry vinegar
1/2 of cup honey
1 cup of olive oil
Directions
Place raspberries, vinegar and honey in a food processor or blender.
Turn processor on and slowly add the olive oil.
Blend until well mixed.
The dressing will be slightly thick.
YUMMY!
Serves 6.
