Easy Strawberry Raspberry Punch Recipe

Make Punch Using Fresh OR Frozen Strawberries,
Fruit Juices and Sherbet

This easy, Strawberry Raspberry Punch Recipe, using fresh or frozen strawberries, fruit juices, and sherbet - will have everyone coming back for refills!

The sliced strawberries and raspberry sherbet combine with the cranberry-raspberry juice to make an amazing punch that is not too sweet ... just right!

It is a great choice if you are looking for a good punch recipe for a bridal shower or a wedding.

This recipe serves about 20 people, so if you are having a larger number of guests, you can very easily double or triple this recipe.

Ingredients

Note - you can substitute 1 pound (16 ounces) of fresh strawberries instead of the frozen strawberries.

1 pkg. (16 ounces) *frozen, sweetened, sliced strawberries, thawed
1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 can (12 ounces) frozen cranberry-raspberry juice concentrate, thawed
2 litres ginger ale soda beverage, chilled
2 litres club soda beverage, chilled
1 quart raspberry sherbet or orange sherbet

Directions

In a blender, or a food processor, combine the strawberries, lemonade concentrate and the cranberry raspberry concentrate.

Process the above mixture until well blended and smooth.

Transfer the mixture to a punch bowl.

Gently stir in the ginger ale and club soda.

Top with scoops of sherbet.

Serve immediately.

Serves about 20 people.

Yields about 5 quarts.
