1 pint (2 cups) fresh raspberries 1/2 pint (1 cup) fresh blueberries 1/2 pint (1 cup) fresh strawberries, chopped 1/4 cup sugar 2 tbsps. finely chopped onion 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 drops hot pepper sauce 1/4 cup slivered or sliced, toasted almonds
In a bowl, combine the first 8 ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
Just before serving, stir in the toasted almonds.
Serve with chicken, pork, fish, or a lettuce salad.
Makes about 4 cups of Delicious Raspberry Salsa.
