2 cups raw cashews (soaked for 4-5 hours) Discard water.
2 cups water
1 cup frozen raspberries
1 cup frozen peaches (diced)
2 tbsps. agave nectar
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
4 large ice cubes
Note - you can also make this raspberry smoothie recipe without first soaking the cashews, however the final result will be a less creamy smoothie.
Place cashews and water in blender and blend at high speed until creamy, approx. 1 minute.
Add raspberries, peaches, agave and vanilla to above mixture and blend until smooth.
Blend in ice cubes.
Pour into glasses.
