This protein packed Low Fat Raspberry Peach Smoothie is full of healthy ingredients, including raspberries, (red or black raspberries), peaches, oats, skim milk and yogurt.
My daughter made this today for her lunch ... so yummy AND nutritious!
She took half of it today, and froze the other half for a healthy snack for her lunch next week.

If you are using frozen peaches, you may need to adjust the amount of ice cubes you use.
6 ice cubes
1/2 cup frozen, unsweetened raspberries
1/3 cup oats
3/4 cup fat-free vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup skim milk
2 peaches, peeled and sliced
First blend the ice, milk, and the yogurt together in a blender.
Next, add the oats and the peaches, and blend again.
Then add the raspberries and pulse several times to make sure they are mixed in.
Pour into glasses.
Makes approximately 3 1/2 cups.
