The first recipe is made with raspberries and strawberries, the second is also made of raspberries and strawberries, but there are lots of other fruits included too!

Here are TWO recipes for
Healthy Strawberry Raspberry Smoothies with Yogurt

Recipe #1 - Raspberry Strawberry Smoothie

This Strawberry Raspberry Smoothie tastes like summer!

This recipe is easy and can quickly be whipped up for that refreshing, cold snack when the kids are wanting some liquid refreshment ;)


1 1/2 cups frozen raspberries
1 1/2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 cup milk
3 tsps. honey
3 scoops vanilla ice cream
9 ozs. yogurt (plain or other)


Place the frozen raspberries and strawberries in a blender and blend just to crush fruit.

Add the milk, the honey, the vanilla ice cream and the yogurt and blend for approximately 20 seconds.

Pour into glasses.

Serves 2 - 3.

Recipe #2 - Summer Time Smoothie

This Summer Time Smoothie Recipe makes an amazing, mouth-watering drink of many delectable fruits ALL AT ONCE!

A healthy smoothie for sure!

A great way to get the kids to eat/drink their fruits.


1 1/2 cups (fresh or frozen) strawberries
3/4 cup fresh raspberries, plus a few for garnishing
2 apples, peeled and chopped
2 bananas
3/4 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup natural yogurt (or other yogurt)
3/4 cup crushed ice


Combine the strawberries and raspberries in the blender, and blend for a few seconds.

Pour smoothie mix into glasses.

Garnish by adding a few fresh raspberries on the top of smoothie.

Add the pineapple juice, the apples, the bananas and the yogurt, and blend again for a few seconds.

Add the ice and blend for approximately 30 seconds, or just until well combined and smooth. (If necessary you can add more ice to achieve the desired consistency.

Pour into glasses.

Serves 2 - 3.
