This No-Fat Fresh Fruit Snack Recipe includes fresh, yummy raspberries, blueberries and peaches with yogurt!
This easy-to-make snack recipe is a great choice for kids and for adults!
Good idea for fruit at breakfast or brunch!
You can easily substitute different fresh fruits that you may have on hand.
For example, use bananas, diced apples, strawberries, etc. ... be creative and make it look bright and colorful, and the kids will be attracted to it for the eye appeal, AND the palate appeal!
1/2 cup no-fat - vanilla /plain yogurt or Greek Yogurt
1 tsp. liquid honey
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
3 large, ripe peaches, halved and pitted
1 cup fresh raspberries
1 cup fresh blueberries
Note - I added the sliced almonds you see in the picture.
In a small bowl, combine the yogurt, honey and cinnamon, and blend well (using a fork or spoon).
Spoon one tablespoon of the above mixture onto each serving plate.
Top each with 1 peach half, cut side up.
Spoon the raspberries and the blueberries over the peach halves.
Drizzle with the remaining yogurt mixture.
