This fruit dip has a nice creamy yellow colour and a very smooth texture.

It contains concentrated orange juice and orange zest making it so fresh tasting!

This dip can be made kept in the fridge for several days.

Ingredients

2 cups vanilla yogurt

4 tbsp. brown sugar, packed

3 tsp. frozen concentrated orange juice

orange zest, for garnish, if desired

Directions

In a bowl, stir the yogurt, brown sugar and the orange juice together with a spoon.

Keep chilled in fridge until ready to serve.

Serve with a variety of prepared fruit, such as raspberries, strawberries, blueberries, blackberries, *melon, kiwi, pineapple, banana, and pound cake or cookies too!

Makes approximately 2 cups dip.

Note - If you are using melon fruit, why not cut the melon in half, remove the fruit from the melon making melon balls, and scoop the dip into the rind of the melon to serve (instead of a bowl).

This will look very pretty!

Did You Know?

Not only do raspberries taste amazing, but they are very healthy too!

Raspberries contain many important vitamins and nutrients.

Raspberries are very rich in Vitamin C, and they are also a good source of Vitamin B12, Vitamin B3, folate, magnesium, and a good source of dietary fibre.

Raspberries are also high in antioxidant activity.

Foods with antioxidants are believed to help prevent and repair oxidative stress, a process that damages body cells and has been linked to the development of diseases such as cancer, heart disease and Alzheimer's disease.

Including raspberries in your diet is a BERRY GOOD IDEA!
