Homemade Yogurt Fruit Dip for Fresh FruitFresh Fruit Dip for Personal Snack Time or for Fruit Trays

This dip should keep in the fridge for up to one week, so you can enjoy healthy snacks without having to make the recipe all over again!

I like to make this dip for the kids and grandkids ... they definitely eat their fruit more readily when they have a dip nearby! ;)

Ingredients

1 cup plain yogurt

2 tbsps. liquid honey

grated peel and juice of 1 lime (medium size)

poppy seeds, optional

Directions

In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, and mix well, (by hand), until well combined.

Store fruit dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve, and store leftovers in the refrigerator.

Great recipe for dipping raspberries, pineapple, apples, oranges, strawberries, and more of your favourite fruits!

Children, and adults too, are more likely to eat more fruit if the fruit is offered alongside a fresh fruit dip!

Did You Know?

Raspberries are very healthy fruits to include in your diet.

Try and include them in your diet as often as you can, especially at the times that they are harvested locally in the area where you may live.

Raspberries, and all other fruit, that is allowed to ripen naturally, and harvested just prior to eating it, will provide the best flavour, and optimum nutrition and health benefits.

Raspberries contain many important vitamins and nutrients, they provide good natural dietary fiber, and they are high in antioxidant activity.

With only about 60 calories per cup of fresh raspberries, they are great for dieters too!
