This Refreshing Yogurt Fruit Dip Recipe is a great choice for a quick dip recipe to make for a homemade fruit tray or platter, or for your personal fresh fruit snack time!
This fresh fruit dip is so quick and easy to make.
The lime rind and juice gives it a fun and tasty freshness!
A great idea for healthy snacks for the lunches too!
This dip should keep in the fridge for up to one week, so you can enjoy healthy snacks without having to make the recipe all over again!
I like to make this dip for the kids and grandkids ... they definitely eat their fruit more readily when they have a dip nearby! ;)
1 cup plain yogurt
2 tbsps. liquid honey
grated peel and juice of 1 lime (medium size)
poppy seeds, optional
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients, and mix well, (by hand), until well combined.
Store fruit dip in the refrigerator until ready to serve, and store leftovers in the refrigerator.
Great recipe for dipping raspberries, pineapple, apples, oranges, strawberries, and more of your favourite fruits!
Children, and adults too, are more likely to eat more fruit if the fruit is offered alongside a fresh fruit dip!
