Recipe #1 - Mango Berry Smoothie

This Smoothie includes mangos and blueberries to give it the rich taste. For a more creamier Raspberry Smoothie and a colder version, try adding a little bit of vanilla ice cream to the mixture.

20 blueberries
50 raspberries
2 mangos
3 tsps. apple juice

Directions

Cut the mangos up into small pieces and add to blender.

Next add the apple juice, and the blueberries and strawberries.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into glasses.

Serves 2.

juice of 1 lime
2 oranges (peeled)
1 tbsp. of apple juice

Directions

Combine the mango, oranges and raspberries together in blender.

Serves 2.

Did you know?

Raspberries do not only taste amazing, but they are very nutritious too!

Raspberries are very rich in Vitamin C, they are also a good source of Vitamin B12, Vitamin B3, folate, magnesium, and a good source of dietary fibre.

Raspberries are also high in antioxidants! That means including raspberries in your diet helps your body prevent and repair oxidative stress, a process that damages body cells and has been linked to the development of diseases such as cancer, heart disease and Alzheimer's disease.
