This Yogurt Raspberry Salad Dressing Recipe is quick and easy to make.

It is made using fresh OR frozen raspberries ... whatever you have on hand!

If you are searching for a homemade dressing made of yogurt with a fruity berry flavour, here is a great choice!

It is a great topping for any green leafy salad made of baby mixed greens, or spinach leaves.

You can also substitute one half of the yogurt with sour cream to make a thicker/"richer" dressing!


1/2 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen, thawed
3/4 cup plain yogurt
3 tbsps. purchased or homemade raspberry vinegar
1 tbsp. honey
2 tsps. fresh tarragon, chopped
salt to taste
pepper to taste


Place raspberries in a sieve (fine sieve) over a bowl.

Crush the berries, and push the juice out of the berries into the bowl, and discard the pulp.

Whisk the remaining ingredients into the bowl of juice.

Store the dressing in a sealed container in the refrigerator till ready to use.

Dressing will keep in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Yields about 1 cup.
